My name is Karen Lovett. I often write online as K D Lovett. I am a wife, mother, and grandmother, but there is much more to me than just what those three words can describe. I enjoy volunteering, crafting, and teaching. I am a certified teacher that currently works as a substitute.

I am creating this website as a source of bringing the different parts of my online life together into one place. I consider it my online front porch. Why my online front porch? As long as I can remember, whenever good friends or family get together, they often end up sitting on the front porch discussing a wide range of topics while they just enjoy being together.
